Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95 USD
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our swimming products like an Olympic athlete stands behind their training. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Our Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened packages of swimwear (Boys’, Girls’, Men’s categories)
  • Used guard & rescue equipment
  • Activated electronics
  • Personal items from the Lifeguard category

These exceptions are due to hygiene and safety considerations.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange confirmation (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, ship your return to:

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refund issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we process your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (which is rare – we check our equipment as thoroughly as a coach checks stroke technique):

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
